The Beatles' lives and times told through memorabilia, interactive exhibits and high-tech displays.
If you're from any generation chances are you know more than one of their songs, but if you were a teenager in the 60's they're a large part of the soundtrack of your youth, and thus never forgotten. No matter who you are this is likely the one place in Liverpool you absolutely must visit. Loved every minute of the self guided tour of memorable photos and exhibits. The digital AV support is excellent and best of all it's at your own pace. MOST EXCELLENT!

Best experience I’ve ever had! A lot of information which is totally important for me as a Beatles fan. A free audio guide is definitely a need thing! In general walk through whole museum took me about 2 hours. Cool shop, prices for me wasn’t really expensive! Nice stuff <3For adult 20£, I bought tickets online

Neither of us are great Beatles fans. It was just something we thought we should go and see on a rainy day in Liverpool. It started off well as I am 61 and have a Blue Light Card, so double discount (£19 reduced to £12).The entry fee for my partner was £19.Both entries come with headsets, and to be honest, they worked very well, providing clear information in many languages with an option to pause, rewind, or skip as necessary. You can also adjust the volume of the headset. The tour took us about 1:30hrs to get around. It could take longer if you choose to read information in each of the sections. There is a cafe and shop selling beatles memorabilia at the end of the tour. The staff we had interaction with were very friendly and helpful. For me, it was worth the £12 entry fee. My partner didn't think it was value for money at £19.

Superb. Loved everything about this museum. Really accessible for all ages. Lots of detail so you can go down rabbit holes and learn more or you can keep to the lighter touch. Audio guide was amazing - best I have come across. Would highly recommend. Lovely cafe too.

If you're a Beatles fan this place is Nirvana! A must-visit just to soak in how Beatlemania was back then. Even if you're not a fan, this place will still be worth the trip. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The wonderful lady who works in the gift shop, she deserves a raise!

A must for any Beatles fan, so much information, plenty to see and learn. The tour runs in order from the beginning of the Beatles history to the end.You get headphones for a free audio guide that gives a description of each display. You have plenty of time to look around and can pause the guide at anytime. Well worth the money. The gift shop is reasonably priced aswell.

Loved this. The humble background to the meteoric rise of the most important band of all time is exceptionally laid out and informative.Definitely book beforehand to beat the queues.

This is a great museum, my parents loved it. The way it is set up with the audio caused a bit of a pile up in rooms with people listening. We went mid day, I recommend a time other than lunch to maybe avoid the crowds so you can enjoy.

A truly thrilling experience, getting to follow through the story of John, Paul, George and Ringo. You’re given an audio device that adds loads of information to the multitude of artifacts, posters, pictures and other exhibits. Easy to follow through, very pleasant. Totally worth the 20 pounds entrance. After the end, there is a Beatles memorabilia gift shop, as well as a cost cafe where you can relax and recap the experience with good friends. Warmly recommended.

I'm not the biggest Beatles fan, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. If you're a big fan you probably won't learn anything new, but for me it was perfect. The scenes were laid out really well and the audio guide was also really good.

If you’re even remotely a Beatles fan you will enjoy this museum. Learned a lot that I didn’t know about and the audio was fantastic. The only thing was if felt too crowed at times due to how its setup, but all and all an excellent experience and a perfect start to our “ Beatles Day” in Liverpool

A good history lesson about The Beatles. Very detailed, focused mostly on a bright side of the band, Lennon is depicted as the best among all.The space is quite narrow.I wish there was more musical connection with the museum.I enjoyed the magical bus tour more than this museum honestly.

While I enjoy the Beatles music, I’m not a super fan. The price is a beat steep, but this one seemed to get better reviews than the other one in town, and since I’m in the town where the band started I had to go to one of them. There’s a free audio guide that does a good job providing some of the back story as you journey from before they were famous to when they eventually broke up. A few of the chapters in the guide didn’t line up with the displays, but it was easy enough to figure out. There was just enough for the casual fan, but I’m not sure there would be enough for someone who already knows all the basics.

Would have been better if the museum were more like experiential. It was great when the music (imagine, let it be, love me do etc..) is on the speaker at some point, but i had to be on my headphones to listen the explanation from audio guide hahaSo, the concept of the museum is too much informative but still, worth to visit.

You will want and need a minimum of 2 hours here. The audio clips of information truly help narrate the successful path of the Fab 4. So much to look at and walk through. It's a maze of memories you will want to experience.

If you are a Beatles fan and not visited here before YOU have to go. It covers everything from their beginning to when they split. There is also interviews from Paul McCartney on video. Worth a visit.

I've wanted to visit this museum for years and I have to say, for the most part, I wasn't disappointed. The permanent displays are excellent and they really capture the essence and atmosphere of location associated with the band. The replica of the cavern is great. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was excellent. However, the museums displays are looking a bit tired and worn in some parts and a section is currently closed for renovation. It's quite tight in parts and feels very cramped. I also felt that the museum was lacking authentic Beatles memorabilia/instruments. There are only a few of the items shown on the museums Wikipedia page that are actually on display. In summary, there are better collections of original instruments as there's only George's first guitar really of note. However, you will be hard pushed to find another museum that interprets the career journey of the Beatles and that flows so well.

It was ok, the iPhone commentary was a bit confusing as the numbers and screen was a little hard to work. Cost us £20 each to go in the tour which I feel was over priced for what you got. A fair price would have been £10 each.

We used a Buy a Gift voucher for these tickets and I'm so glad this is what we chose! The audio guided tour is a fantastic way to learn the history and you really do feel immersed in the various rooms and history of the Beatles. I'll admit to not knowing much before, but I really do feel caught up now! I'd recommend it to anyone whether they're a superfan or just a casual listener like me. Definitely a great idea for a rainy day too as all indoors.
